Análisis de los criterios de intervención en Bienes Eclesiásticos
Abstract
En este artículo se analizan los criterios con los que se debe abordar la intervención en bienes culturales de procedencia eclesiástica en nuestro país a partir del análisis de los apartados específicos de la normativa dictada por el Estado Español y por la Santa Sede, así como en la concordada mediante acuerdos y convenios suscritos entre ambos.
